I hereby apply for financial assistance in the form of a scholarship toward tuition at the post-secondary educational institution of my choice for the 2024-2025 academic year. This includes universities, community colleges, and trade/technical schools, as well as graduate programs from accredited schools. If I receive a Louis M. Brown/Cinfed Credit Union Scholarship, I consent to the use of my name and image by Cinfed Credit Union in connection with the program. (If applicant is younger than 18 years old on the date the application is submitted, the signature of a parent/guardian is required.)*

Applicant must be a member in good standing of Cinfed Credit Union; one scholarship application per member will be accepted.
Applicant must have at least a 2.5 Grade Point Average.
All forms and information submitted are confidential and non-returnable. APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED/POSTMARKED BY 11:59 P.M. ON SATURDAY, APRIL 1, 2024.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Be sure to supply all requested information.
Scholarship recipients will be notified via email and phone and must respond within 10 business days. ONLY SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS WILL BE CONTACTED.
Alternates will be chosen in the event the initially selected recipients do not qualify or decline to pursue their education.
Upon notification, recipients will be expected: to provide academic records and school contact information; to provide an appropriate photo; to attend Cinfed’s Annual Meeting on June 4, 2024, for public recognition; to submit a short written statement or video about how Cinfed’s scholarship will help them achieve their goals.
